On Oct 21, 2025, Trump demanded $250 million from the DOJ in compensation for the raid on Mar-a-Lago and the Russia-gate hoax (click here to read about it). We previously wrote about how Todd Blanche, Deputy Director of the DOJ, is blocking not only David’s pardon, but also compensation for J6’ers. Trump is seeking compensation for the same damages J6ers suffered!

Todd Blanche at DOJ Denied J6’ers Compensation
One group of J6ers signed on with attorneys Peter Tictin and Mark McClosky to sue the government for damages related to false imprisonment over Jan6. In September, the pair met with the DOJ to submit their claims (using the SF95 process). Their claims were denied and rebuffed.
Later, Peter Tictin pointed at Todd Blanche, Deputy Director of the DOJ, as the reason those claims were denied. Since then, there has been a lot of attention on Todd Blanche - calling for Trump to immediately remove him.

DOJ Is Blocking Everything regarding J6...STILL!
The DOJ is trying to get the Proud Boys claim for false imprisonment dismissed as well.

The government, in spite of Trump’s own position on January 6, is denying any wrong-doing for January 6.
On Oct 10, 2025, Trump essentially ordered the government to “DO SOMETHING” about restoring J6ers.
Trump’s employees have “DONE NOTHING” in response to Trump’s orders. There has been no attempt to restore or rectify the wrongs committed to J6ers since Trump’s orders. You try it: Your boss tells you to do something, and you say, "No!"
Trump Is Suing DOJ For $230 Million, While The Same DOJ Denies J6ers Claims
On Oct 21, 2025, Trump filed suit using the very same SF95 claim that J6ers used. You can read more about it here. There has been no mention of the DOJ response.
Will The Government Approve Trump’s Claim While Denying J6ers?
Trump basically ordered the Government to do something to rectify the wrongs J6’ers suffered. They have done nothing. The same corrupt DOJ that went after Trump, went after David and almost 2,000 other J6’ers.
Will the DOJ approve Trump’s claim and continue to deny J6’ers claim?
We don’t have to tell you how unjust that would be for J6’ers.
